Check results and send them back

Read what a worker made, see how it was checked, and send it back with a note when it is not right.

Updated

Read the result

Finished work goes to Done at the end of Today. Each row shows the result under its title, in one or two lines.

  1. Click the row to open its chat.
  2. Read the worker's last message.
  3. On the web or the Mac, open the Inspector and choose Results to see everything the task made.

To see how the worker got there, choose Steps in the Inspector. It lists every step in order.

Workers are AI and can be wrong. Check a result before you use, send or publish it.

Done Means

A task can have Done Means: the things its result must do. The worker lists them when it starts, and the result is checked against each one. Each check shows a word beside it:

  • Met
  • Note
  • Not met
  • Needs you
  • Not checked

While the task is open, you can change the list in Results: click Edit, then Add Item or Remove, then Save.

Needs a Look

If the worker tried twice and the check still found gaps, the task is not Done. It shows Needs a Look, with the result and what was missed. You choose:

  • Accept Anyway takes the result as it is.
  • Send Back asks for another try, with your note.
  • Try With More tries again with more effort. It uses more of your subscription.

Send Back

When a result is not right:

  1. Click Send Back on the task's row in Done, or in Results.
  2. In Note for the worker, write one line about what should change.
  3. Click Send.

The worker starts a new attempt with your note. On a subscription, every try counts toward the work it includes, so a clear note saves work.

See how a worker is doing

Each worker's page has a Track Record, with how many tasks it finished, how many you accepted the first time and how many you sent back.
