Top questions

These are the questions people ask most, by where they use it.

Mac

How do I get the Mac app?

Open the Download page and choose Download for Mac. Open the file, drag Little Worker into Applications, then open it and sign in.

A worker asks before it does something on my Mac. Why?

Workers ask first. Choose Allow or Don't Allow each time it asks. What each worker may do on its own is set in the Permissions you choose in the app.

How do I update the Mac app?

The app checks for updates by itself. To check now, choose Check for Updates from the app's menu in the menu bar.

iPhone

I cannot sign in on my iPhone.

Use the same sign-in you used the first time. If it still does not work, email support with the address you sign in with and what you see on the screen.

How do I stop notifications?

Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, then Little Worker, and turn them off. Little Worker then cannot tell you when a worker needs you.

How do I turn off crash reports?

On the Mac, open Settings in the app, turn off Send Crash Reports, then quit and open Little Worker again. On the iPhone, open the iPhone Settings app, tap Little Worker, and turn it off, then close Little Worker completely and open it again. The text you write is removed from reports before they are sent.

Web

Where do I open Little Worker in a browser?

Go to app.thelittleworker.com and sign in. You see the same workspace you see in the Mac and iPhone apps.

A page does not open.

Reload the page first. If it still does not open, email support with the page you were on, what you did, and a screenshot if you can.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app. On iPhone, tap the account button on Today, then Delete Account. On the Mac, open Settings, then General, then Delete Account. On the web, open Settings > General > Delete Account. Your account stops working at once. Your data is erased within 30 days. Copies in backups are erased within 30 days after that. Billing records are kept for 7 years as tax law requires.

Deleting your account also deletes the workspaces you own, for everyone in them, and ends any paid subscription. Unused balance is not refunded.

If you cannot sign in, email support@thelittleworker.com from the address you sign in with, and ask to delete your account.

Billing

Free means you bring your own AI. A paid subscription includes an amount of AI work each month. Past it, work uses balance you added, then stops. Nothing is charged on top without your permission.

Change or cancel a subscription in billing settings in the web app. Canceling stops future charges.

If you think a charge is wrong, email support@thelittleworker.com within 30 days of the charge.

What to include in a message
  • The email address you sign in with.
  • Where it happened: the web, the Mac app, or the iPhone app, and the app version if you know it.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if you can.

Never send a password or a payment card number. Support never asks for them.
