Delete your account

Delete your account in the app, and know what is erased, what is kept, and when.

Updated

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app. On iPhone, tap the account button on Today, then Delete Account. On the Mac, open Settings, then General, then Delete Account. On the web, open Settings > General > Delete Account. Your account stops working at once. Your data is erased within 30 days. Copies in backups are erased within 30 days after that. Billing records are kept for 7 years as tax law requires.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, ask for it first.

What happens to your workspaces

  • Workspaces you own are deleted for everyone in them.
  • In a workspace you only joined, what you wrote stays there under the name Deleted account.

Before you confirm, the app shows which workspaces are deleted and which ones you leave.

What happens to your subscription

Deleting your account ends any paid subscription at once. There are no more charges. Unused balance is not refunded.

What is erased and what is kept

Erased:

  • Your account and sign-in.
  • The chats, tasks, plans, results, workers, rules, memory and files in the workspaces you own.
  • Connected apps and passwords. For a Google app, Little Worker also asks Google to end its access.

Kept:

  • Billing records, for 7 years, as tax law requires.
  • Copies in backups, until they are erased within 30 days after your data.
  • Files saved on your Mac stay on your Mac.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@thelittleworker.com from the address you sign in with, and ask to delete your account.
