Change or cancel your subscription

Where to change it

Change or cancel a subscription in the web app, under Settings > Subscription.

On the Mac, open Settings, then Cost and Subscription, and click Manage Billing. It opens the web app in your browser.

Only a workspace owner or admin can change the subscription. Anyone else sees the buttons turned off, and should ask an owner or admin.

Start a subscription

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Under Subscriptions, click Choose beside the one you want.
3. Pay at checkout. Prices are plus tax where it applies.

Move up

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Click Move Up beside the bigger subscription.

Moving up keeps this month and what it has used. It charges your saved card the difference for the rest of the month now, and the bigger limits start at once. If your card is declined or your bank needs to confirm the payment, nothing changes.

Move down

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Click Move Down beside the smaller subscription.

Moving down starts when this month ends. Until then, this month's limits stay, and the page says which subscription comes and when. Nothing is charged or credited now.

Cancel

1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
2. Beside Cancel subscription, click Cancel….
3. Confirm on the billing page that opens.

If you cancel, you keep your subscription until the end of your billing period. Nothing is charged after that. Canceling stops future charges.

If the price changes

Little Worker tells you before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
