Lou Tag Privacy and Data
Lou Tag reads only the one channel your workspace picks, keeps only what linked members write there, and never sells Discord data or uses it to train AI.
What Lou Tag receives
This page follows the Privacy Policy's section on the Discord app. If the two ever differ, the Privacy Policy applies.
- The server. The ID and name of each Discord server Lou Tag is added to, the account that added it, and the ID and name of each channel you choose.
- Linked accounts. When you link your Discord account, Discord gives Little Worker your Discord user ID and username. It never gives your Discord password or email address.
- Messages in the work channel. Lou Tag reads new messages in the one channel your workspace picks. A message from a linked member becomes a to-do and goes into that worker's chat in your workspace, where it is kept like the rest of your workspace content. Messages from anyone else, from other Discord apps, and Discord's own notices are passed over and not kept. Lou Tag does not read your other channels.
- Buttons. When someone presses one of Lou Tag's buttons, such as Allow, Discord sends that person's Discord user ID, username and permissions in that server. Little Worker keeps the user ID with the action, so your team can see who did what.
- Its own messages. The IDs of the messages and threads Lou Tag posts, so it answers in the right place.
How it is used
Only to provide Lou Tag in your server: turn linked members' messages into to-dos and post the answers. To do a to-do, Little Worker sends what it needs to an AI provider, the same way it does for work given in the app. When you use your own AI key, the request goes to that provider under your account with it.
Little Worker does not sell Discord data, does not use it for advertising or to build profiles of people, and does not use it to train or improve AI systems.
How long it is kept
- To-dos given in Discord are kept in their chats like the rest of your workspace content.
- When Lou Tag is removed from a server, Little Worker stops collecting from that server and deletes its data within 30 days.
