Link Your Discord Account

Each person links their own Discord account once, so the messages they write in the work channel become to-dos in their name.

Why linking matters

Lou Tag only takes work from people it knows. Linking tells Little Worker which Discord account is yours, so a message you write in the work channel becomes a to-do from you, in your workspace.

Messages from people who have not linked are left alone. Nothing is posted back to them.

  1. In Little Worker on the web, open Apps, then Discord.
  2. Click Link My Discord.
  3. Discord asks you to sign in and approve. Approve it.

When you come back, you are listed under People Who Can Give Work, marked You.

If you are the owner or admin who added Lou Tag to the server, your account is already linked.

What Discord shares

Discord gives Little Worker your Discord user ID and username. It never gives your Discord password or email address.

Open Apps, then Discord, and click Unlink My Discord. The page says "Your Discord account is unlinked." From then on, your messages in the work channel are left alone. To-dos you already gave stay in their chats.

If you leave the workspace

Only active members of the workspace can give work. If you leave or are removed, your messages in the channel are left alone, even if your account is still linked.
