Disconnect an app
Disconnect an app in Apps, and your workers stop using it and Little Worker deletes its copy of your sign-in.
Disconnect an app
- Open Apps. On the web and the Mac, it is in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. On iPhone, open Settings, then Apps.
- Click the app.
- Click Disconnect. On iPhone, tap Disconnect, then confirm.
The page says the app is disconnected, and the app shows Not Connected.
What happens
- Your workers stop using the app.
- Little Worker deletes the access the app gave it, and asks the app to end that access.
- For a Google app, if Google does not answer, Little Worker asks again until it does.
You can connect the app again at any time.
Google apps go together
Google Workspace and YouTube use one Google sign-in. Google ends all the access you gave Little Worker at once, so disconnecting one Google app also disconnects the other. Connect the other one again if you still want it.
You can also remove Little Worker from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What is deleted
- YouTube: what Little Worker read from YouTube, such as your channel's name, its numbers and your video titles, is deleted when you disconnect YouTube.
- What workers already read: anything a worker read from an app and used in a to-do or chat stays in your workspace, like the rest of your work.
An app no longer in the list
If an app you connected is taken off the list in Apps, it stays in your list so you can still disconnect it.
Instead of disconnecting
To keep an app connected but limit what workers do with it, open the app in Apps and set Read or Act to Off.
Remove an AI key
Your own AI key is not an app. To remove it, open Settings > AI Access and click Remove beside the key.
When you delete your account
Deleting your account disconnects the Google apps in the workspaces you own, and the Google apps you connected in workspaces you only joined.
